Refund Policy 

  • If incorrect merchandise is received, please contact Designs by Dori within 10 days of receipt. Designs by Dori will ship the correct merchandise at our expenses or issue the amount of incorrect merchandise credit to the customer’s account.
  • All returns/exchanges are to be reported within 30 days of date of receipt. A credit will be applied to the  customer’s account. Shipping costs are non-refundable other than defective goods.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges other than defective goods. 
  • All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved by Design’s by Dori. Please call our customer service for further instructions.
  • The Customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping cost for returning/exchanging any items. 
  • If the Customer requests Design’s by Dori to arrange the return/exchange shipment, then the cost of the return/exchange shipping, including any cost for re-shipping will be deducted from the Customer’s credit.
  • Any returned/exchanged items must be kept in the original packaging and not be used, worn, marked, repackaged with other materials or customer labels. We appreciate your cooperation.
