• Usually Designs by Dori will process and ship your order within 2 weeks.
• Most of items are customized. It takes time to take care of our customized products  by heart. Please allow sufficient time for processing your order.
• Items from overseas may take up to 2-3 months to arrive. Please remember to order our trend-setting products early to avoid disappointment.
• Designs by Dori will process orders in a timely and efficient manner and all orders will be processed in the order they are received.
• If there is a desired shipping date, then please write “Desired Shipping” and the date in the message area or email orders@designsbydori.com.
