1. Minimum opening order
is $150.00. Re-orders are $100.00
2. Items
can only be ordered by minimum quantities and in
assorted colours / styles.
Most products are available in pre-pack form.
Please call us or consult your Sales Rep for additional
information.
3. New
customers may pay by Mastercard, Visa or COD.
4.
Availability of products may vary. Remember to order our
trend-setting products early to avoid disappointment.
We reserve the right to substitute with similar product.
5. Shipping
is via Canpar or Canada Post, whichever will give
you
the best value and service.
6. We ship
A.S.A.P. usually within 2 weeks. Please advise at time
of ordering if it is a rush order.
7.
Backorders under $25.00 are automatically cancelled,
please re-order.
For all other backorders, we will phone you before we
send it.
Backorders are shipped at our expense.
8. Shipping
damages and shortages must be reported within 10 days of
receipt.
9. All
returns are to be made within 30 days of date of
receipt. A credit will be applied to your account.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns other than
defective goods.
